Information processed

This static website does not use contact forms, analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. If you contact the business by email, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn or another platform, the information you choose to send may include your name, contact details, company, message, project dates, location, technical requirements and attachments. Connected platforms may also provide the account or conversation identifiers required to receive and organise that communication.

Why it is used

Information is used to answer enquiries, assess availability, prepare or deliver requested audiovisual services, keep a professional history of the relationship, protect the service and meet applicable administrative or legal duties. It is not sold. Automated tools may help classify and organise business communications, but external messages, posts, contracts, invoices and financial actions remain subject to human control.

Storage and sharing

Business information may be held in private local systems and in the communication platform used by the sender. It is shared only when needed to provide the requested service, operate those platforms, comply with law or protect legitimate rights. Each external platform applies its own privacy terms.

Retention

Information is kept only for as long as needed for the enquiry or professional relationship and for any applicable contractual, accounting, security or legal period. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion, or object to a use, by emailing the address above. To locate the right conversation, include the platform used and the email address, phone number or username involved. Identity may need to be verified before acting on a request.

Specific deletion instructions are available on the data deletion page.
