Request data deletion

To request deletion of information associated with a business conversation or connected Meta account, send an email to nachoaudiovisuals@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request.

Include

• Your name.
• The platform used: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email or another service.
• The email address, phone number or username associated with the conversation.
• Enough context to identify the information, without sending passwords or access tokens.

What happens next

The request will be verified to avoid deleting another person’s information. Data controlled by Nacho Audiovisuals will then be deleted or anonymised unless it must be retained for an applicable contractual, accounting, security or legal obligation. Confirmation or an explanation of any retained information will be sent through the verified contact channel.

Deleting data held by Nacho Audiovisuals does not automatically delete copies controlled by Meta, Google, Microsoft or another platform. Their own account and privacy controls must be used for those copies.

Solicitar la eliminación de datos

Envía un correo a nachoaudiovisuals@gmail.com con el asunto Solicitud de eliminación de datos. Indica tu nombre, la plataforma utilizada y el correo, teléfono o usuario asociado. No envíes contraseñas ni tokens.

Se verificará la identidad para evitar eliminar datos de otra persona. La información controlada por Nacho Audiovisuals se eliminará o anonimizará, salvo aquella que deba conservarse por una obligación contractual, contable, de seguridad o legal aplicable.
